Following that initial discussion the next consultation will include an overview of the market and potential properties at which stage Jo will be formally engaged to act. The client cost to employ us from this point on is £1,000 plus VAT.
We will then contact all relevant estate agents in order to preview an assortment of listed properties, pre-listing properties as well as off-market opportunities available through our extensive network of connections. Having viewed them all on your behalf and carried out the leg work for you we will short list the best options for you to view in person.
Once you have viewed the short listed properties and hopefully wish to make an offer Jo will act on your behalf to negotiate the best possible price and terms. Once terms are agreed the sales process will be managed from start to finish right up until the point you move into your new home and we handover the keys.
Our search agent service is perfect for those with busy Iives who frankly have the funds but not the time to focus on the potentially arduous task of dealing with a myriad of estate agents and properties. It allows you to maintain your privacy and keep certain aspects of the home buying process at arms length.

Upon completion of a successfully acquired property a fee of 1% plus VAT is payable and this element of our service is due on a success only basis.
